How do you keep your kids occupied at home ? My 4 years old is addicted to superman videos. It is a challenge to get him away from his superman video. As a mom we want to have a balance for our kids, let them watch TV and not addicted to it.

I find this site : instructional guide for sports very interesting. It sure will keep your kids occupied. I am not saying dump your kids on computer screen. The site has a lot of education tools which teach your kids on various sports. For example : A brief history of football, basic conditoning on how circiut training keep kids in shape, basic equipment on suit up before taking the field.

1. Paul Riley : "Paul Riley has had a long and successful soccer career, both as a player and a coach. Signing for his hometown club Liverpool FC in the UK, he was the Youth team's MVP. At Adelphi University (1982-88) he was three-time MVP, three-time All State and the NE leading scorer in 1985 with 17 goals and 17 assists. As a professional, he represented the Long Island Rough Riders (all time leader in assists), the New Jersey Eagles (MVP 1990) and the Albany Capitals, and was named to the APSL All-Star team in 1989 and 1990. He won the NEPSL Championship in 1991 and 1992 with different clubs (Glen Cove and Hercules) and was the league's MVP in 1991."
