I do and I don't because I have a lot of favorite costumes.

My son in his pirate costume :).

In fact I was thinking of a costume for my son to wear on this coming birthday party he is invited.

USDA - United State Department of Agriculture has a very simple food pyramid algorithm for all of us to eat well.

From Wikipedia :

In general terms, the food guide pyramid recommends the following intake of different food groups each day, although exact amounts of calorie intake depends on sex, age, and lifestyle.

* 4-10 servings a day of vegetables, especially dark green vegetables and orange vegetables.

* 2-4 servings of fruit a day are required, especially fresh and frozen fruits.

* 2-3 servings of meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, or nuts a day, especially dry bean and peas, eggs, and nut and seeds.

* 2-3 servings of milk, cheese, yogurt or milk substitutes a day.

* Occasional use of fats, oils, and sweets, especially oils.

* 6-11 servings of grains a day, especially whole grains.

* Oils,sweets & fats
* Milk cheese & yogurt
* Meat fish & poultry
* Vegetables
* Fruits
* Bread cereals & pasta

I find the most interesting part of the show is about this gossip girls whose identity is a mystery. No one knows Gossip Girl's identity, but everyone in this exclusive and complicated vicious circle relies on her website and text messages for the latest scoop. Even Serena's closest friend, Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester, "Entourage"), is surprised to find that Serena has suddenly ended her selfimposed exile to boarding school and returned to Manhattan.

How do you keep your kids occupied at home ? My 4 years old is addicted to superman videos. It is a challenge to get him away from his superman video. As a mom we want to have a balance for our kids, let them watch TV and not addicted to it.
