First, Kissimmee, Florida. I have personally visited this area and can vouch that it is near all the major theme parks and attractions in the greater Orlando area, particularly Disney World, Sea World, and MGM Studios. Lastly, visit Panama City Beach for a slightly more Southern side of Florida.
