Do u consider that as authentic Singaporean food ?
Yes, the owner of the restaurant has the guts to put a sign board, " Authentic Singaporean Food". The chicken looks like starched chicken , to be polite.
Many a times, whenever I drive pass the restaurant, I wished I have the authority to take down the sign.
I could be too critical but I left it to your comments.

Well authentic depends on whose perspective I suppose. But you are right about the starchy chicken. Sad, isn't it ?

Haha..I can just get some pieces of chicken meat, marinate it, coat with tempura flour and call it goreng pisang ayam from Malaysia?? LOL
